Panelling Footwells

(28/11/2006)

I have completed both driver and passenger side footwells. These were fairly straightforward to cut, I didn't feel the need to make a cardboard cut out. Simple measurements sufficed, followed by a few trial fits. The main challenging aspect to this was to try to get a nice smooth and accurate fit around the steering wheel bracket. Most of this work was done with an assortment of small files, starting by cutting jagged triangular sections out with some shears.

Not much more to say other than it was tricky getting the air rivetter so close to the floor panels, so had to resort to the hand rivettor.... shock horror!
